Founders Dan Basso, Allen Curl, and Michael Vander Linden saw inherent problems with the way large volumes of mainframe-generated information were being managed. They believed a solution was needed to capture, index, store, and manage that information electronically. In 1981, they created JHS, the first SYSOUT/SYSLOG management system on the market and the foundation for Xptr, our z/OS content repository (known today as our Systemware Content Server).

From the beginning, our company leaders created a visionary culture — a service-oriented, people-centric, approach that continues to result in high customer satisfaction and unparalleled employee retention. Systemware’s core group of developers has been with the company from the beginning, providing insights, knowledge, experience, and stability to help us meet and exceed our goals. And because we’re a privately held company, Systemware is able to make decisions based on long-term, client-centered objectives rather than shareholder directives.

Systemware has enjoyed continual success over the years and our ever-expanding products continue to be in high demand.
