Systemware has been named again to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for enterprise content management, which this year listed our company among just six vendors recognized for their track records serving the banking and financial services sector.
In its report, which assessed the offerings of 22 ECM vendors, Gartner listed as a Systemware strength its “proven set of primarily transactional ECM capabilities,” and said our company “provides a highly scalable and fully featured report management and archiving platform.”
Gartner said, “Systemware is increasing flexibility in transactional settings by offering contextualized user experiences with metadata-based views of information, to allow for more personalization of information for specific stakeholders in a process.”
Gartner added, “Systemware has a strong set of industry solutions for financial services, insurance and healthcare markets.” It also listed as a strength our service and support, saying they are “highly rated by customers.”
“Continued recognition in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for ECM is a testament to Systemware’s dedication to proven products and innovation solutions,” our co-founder, CEO and president, Dan Basso, said in a news release. “We are especially pleased this year to be recognized for our expertise in serving banking and financial services organizations.”
Systemware was among six Notable Vendors included in a new Financial Services Context portion of the ECM report. There Gartner noted our considerable experience in helping financial services organizations manage high-volume content.
“Systemware provides a range of ECM-based capabilities, including capture, records management, workflow, archiving and output management,” Gartner said. “In addition, Systemware’s financial solutions address lockbox applications, customer account management, transaction analytics, e-statement presentment, information governance and compliance.”
