Centraspect HC - Claims Remittance Manager Centraspect HC - Secondary Claims Manager Demo Centraspect HC Demonstration The Centraspect HC Patient Financial Records application is a document and data management solution, comprised of Claims Remittance Manager and Secondary Claims Manager, that expands on the capabilities of existing healthcare and financial processes by filling the gaps between the departmental functions and the application systems that support them. Configurable workflow and business rules; document, content and data management; and systems integration coupled with management reporting capabilities ensure that the right people get the right information at the right time. Correct information improves efficiency, reduces operating costs, and optimizes cash collections across the revenue cycle.
Centraspect HC’s Patient Financial Records is designed to connect hospital systems and the data, while providing a user-friendly, role-based work environment with dashboard reporting, document and content views, and automatic work lists so that information can easily be tracked as it moves through the revenue cycle.
The system creates a long-term record of each patient’s financial activity, storing information from the healthcare information system (HIS), claims processing and billing engine, other hospital systems, and Centraspect HC in a common electronic folder. Once the patient financial record is created, it is continuously updated as changes or additions in any of the systems that feed the system.
Centraspect HC Human Resource Records — serves as an "intelligent folder" which electronically captures, indexes, stores, and manages critical HR and employee records contained in various paper and electronic documents.
