Systemware Selected Again - One of the Top Places to Work in Dallas

Addison, TX - November 7, 2010 -- Systemware, Inc., a leading enterprise content management (ECM) software company, has been named one of the "Top Places to Work" in Dallas by the Dallas Morning News. Systemware, with 70 employees, ranked fifth among small companies (fewer than 150 employees). Dan Basso, president and CEO of Systemware was also recognized as one of the "Top CEOs."

The 2010 Dallas Morning News "Top Workplaces" were chosen based on an employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. More than 1000 companies were nominated this year and 48,000 employees filled out surveys this year throughout Dallas-Fort Worth area. The "top" companies were recognized at an awards luncheon at Fairmont Hotel on November 3rd.

"It is an outstanding honor to be recognized again as one of the Top Places to work in a market as large and prominent as Dallas," said Systemware president and CEO Dan Basso.

Survey respondents rated their organizations' performance in six areas: direction, execution, career, pay and benefits, managers, and conditions. Each company was placed into one of three size bands: fewer than 150 employees, 150-499 employees, and more than 500 workers, and ranked.
