Addison, TX – September 30, 2009 -- Systemware, Inc. today announced that Arvest Bank, a regional bank chartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has implemented the Systemware FS™ Electronic Statement solution to deliver bank statements electronically to customers through its successful banking portal. This new service improves the online banking experience for all Arvest customers in over 90 communities throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
With the Systemware solution, Arvest now delivers electronic statements with the following improvements:
Systemware provides an enterprise electronic statement solution for managing customer statements that are also accessible internally for customer service representatives. By utilizing a single solution for both internal and external service, better service can be delivered at a lower cost. The Systemware FS Electronic Statement solution is integrated with online banking solution S1 and interfaces with core banking application Fiserv CBS.
"Based on feedback on our previous solution, we identified electronic statements as an area where we could both improve convenience for our customers as well as help reduce our costs," said Jason Kincy, Marketing Manager Electronic Delivery for Arvest Bank.
"The extensive experience and proven solution from Systemware allows us to not only meet current expectations, but continue to raise our customer service bar for years to come." As a leader in customer service, Arvest was recently recognized by J.D. Power and Associates as ranking highest in the Southeast Region for Retail Banking Customer Satisfaction in their 2009 Retail Banking Study.
"We are proud that Arvest selected Systemware for their e-statement renewal project," said Todd Hunter, Director Financial Services Solutions for Systemware.
