
ADDISON, TX – November 9, 2009 -- Systemware, Inc., a leading enterprise content management (ECM) software company, has been named one of the "Top Places to Work" in Dallas by the Dallas Morning News. Systemware, with 92 employees, took the top honors among small companies (99 or fewer employees) and fifth among all companies within the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Systemware was also recognized as having the "Best Work/Life Flexibility."
The 2009 Dallas Morning News "Top Workplaces" were chosen based on an employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. The survey drew more than 33,000 responses throughout Dallas-Fort Worth area. The "top" companies were recognized at an awards luncheon at Fairmont Hotel on October 29th.

Survey respondents rated their organizations' performance in six areas: direction, execution, career, pay and benefits, managers, and conditions. Each company was placed into one of three size bands: 99 or fewer employees, 100-499 employees, and more than 500 workers, and ranked.
