Zions Bancorp Realizes Savings with Systemware Customer-Centric Banking Solutions

ADDISON, TX– June 4, 2008 -- Systemware, Inc. today announced that Zions Bancorporation (Nasdaq: ZION) has expanded its use of Systemware enterprise content management solutions to reduce costs while improving customer service. Utilizing Systemware’s Centraspect FS™ application, Zions consolidated electronic customer documents, including those for recently acquired banks, onto a single platform to drive efficiencies across their operation.

Centraspect FS is a versatile banking application that provides financial institutions the ability to securely produce and deliver customer communications allowing customers to easily view, save, and/or print current as well as historic statements through their online banking solution. Centraspect FS also improves customer service by providing immediate access to customer documents by tellers, customer service agents, and bank officers in easy-to-view formats.

This enhanced capability expedites complex requests for large volumes of documents that are often required for subpoenas and audits.
